How to Request Account Deletion

WorkHub is an enterprise HR application. Accounts are managed by your employer's HR department. To request deletion of your account and associated data, follow these steps:

Contact your HR Department
Ask your company's HR administrator to deactivate your account in WorkHub and delete your associated data.

Or email us directly
Send an email with your full name, employee code, and company name. We will process your request within 30 days.

Uninstall the app
After your data is deleted, you can uninstall the WorkHub app from your device. All local data (PIN, session) will be removed automatically.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Employee profile information (name, contact details)
Attendance records (check-in/check-out times, GPS locations)
Leave requests and balance history
Payslip records
Client visit records
Project task progress
Device activation and biometric preferences
Notification history

Data That May Be Retained

Anonymized attendance statistics (for company reporting)
Financial records required by law (payroll, tax records) — retained for the legally required period as per local regulations

Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have downloaded any payslips or records you need before requesting deletion.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
